Feerivo helps tuition centres, classes, academies and gyms record the fees they collect, share receipts on WhatsApp and follow up on renewals, from any browser.
Sign in to see this month's collection, the pending amount, paid and overdue members, today's takings, upcoming renewals and expired memberships. Feerivo focuses on fee payments only, without timetable or attendance screens.
Keep one record for each member or student with their ID, phone number, plan, joining date, balance and notes. Monthly, quarterly and annual plans are supported, along with instalment schedules and one-time charges such as admission, uniform or exam fees. The payment form fills in the fee, period and balance, including part payments and discounts, for cash, UPI, card or bank transfer.
Every payment gets a numbered, branded receipt with the business details, amount, period and balance. Print it, or open WhatsApp with a prepared message and an official receipt link, then review and send it from your own account. Members and parents also get a private page showing their dues, receipts and next due date.
Each member's status is worked out from their plan, payments, due date and your grace days: paid, partial, pending or overdue. Owners see who is due soon, part-paid or expired in one place and can open a prepared WhatsApp reminder. Optional late fees, paused periods and advance credit are handled too.
Keep recording money you receive your usual way, or share UPI pay links with the amount filled in. Businesses can also connect their own Cashfree account so people pay by UPI, card or netbanking from a reminder; the money goes straight to the business and Feerivo records the payment and receipt itself.
Review daily and monthly collections, splits by payment method and plan and outstanding totals, then export CSV or PDF reports and statements. Payments are never deleted: mistakes are cancelled with a reason and refunds get their own number. ByteeCraft imports your old register, onboards every business personally and backs up every business each night.
Each partner signs in to a separate business workspace, with records kept apart by the database itself. Access is by invitation only: ByteeCraft issues every login, and there is no public sign-up. Feerivo works in English and Tamil for businesses across Tamil Nadu.
