The customer need

A business planning network infrastructure needs more than a list of services. Buyers need to understand the installation scope, see examples of the work and know what testing and handover involve before discussing their own site. The website needed to make that technical information approachable and easy to navigate.

What we built

We organised the website around six service categories, supported by testing explanations, installation imagery and a delivery process. Contact actions and a short project-enquiry form give visitors a next step once they have reviewed the relevant information.

See the work in context

On the client website, explore a cabling service, review the testing and handover information, then browse the installation gallery. Open the contact section to see how a visitor can describe a project.

01

Decision: organise around the work buyers need

The solutions section separates structured cabling, fiber optics, testing and certification, security, voice cabling and patching. Each service offers a route to further details, so a buyer can explore the scope relevant to an office installation, upgrade or maintenance requirement.

02

Decision: explain testing and handover

A dedicated testing section presents copper certification and fiber testing alongside the documentation described at handover. This puts the client's technical offering in context and gives prospective customers specific topics to discuss when requesting a proposal.

03

Decision: show installation detail

The work gallery brings cable routing, rack dressing and labelled patch panels into view. The website also presents a client-supplied installation case study. These sections help visitors examine Jass's networking work; they are evidence of the client's service offering, not performance results for the website.

04

Decision: make the process visible

The process section follows the journey from site survey and design through installation, testing and handover. Industry and service-area sections help visitors understand how that offering relates to their business and location.

05

Decision: connect information with an enquiry

Contact actions appear throughout the page, alongside direct phone and WhatsApp options. The main enquiry form asks for a name, phone number and project details, giving visitors a concise way to explain what they need after exploring the services.

06

What the website delivers

The finished site brings service details, installation imagery, process information, FAQs and contact routes into one experience. Its navy and blue visual direction and network illustration introduce the business, while the page structure supports a more detailed evaluation. The live site is available to explore; enquiry and revenue outcomes are not reported here.
