Introducing Wingman: Our Mobility Platform

Meet Wingman, our flagship mobility product for rides and delivery: a customer app, a rider app and an operations platform designed as one connected system.

What is Wingman?

Wingman is a mobility product we are building at ByteeCraft Studios. It brings ride booking, delivery, rider earnings, live trip experiences and operational control into one connected platform, so the people who use it and the people who run it all work from the same system.

It is our flagship product, and it sits alongside the websites, POS systems and web applications we build for clients. Where client work starts from someone else's brief, Wingman lets us apply everything we know about product design, usability and technology to a product of our own.

Three experiences, one product

Wingman is designed as three connected experiences. The customer app is for booking rides and deliveries, tracking a trip, paying and getting support. The rider app is for going online, accepting requests, navigating to pickups, starting trips safely and seeing earnings. The operations platform is for the team running the network, with live visibility, pricing and zone controls, payouts, reports and support tools.

We designed them together on purpose. A mobility service only works when customers, riders and operators can all trust what they see, so each part of the product is shaped by the needs of the other two.

Bike, Auto, Car and Delivery

The product is designed around four modes: Bike, Auto, Car and Delivery. Keeping them within one product family means a customer can move people or goods through a single, familiar flow, and the platform has room to add more services and cities as it grows.

Designed for the people who use it

Customers want speed and trust, so the booking flow is short, the fare is clear and the trip status is always visible. Riders work outdoors and on the move, so the rider app keeps the most frequent actions large, simple and close at hand. Operations teams need control without noise, so the dashboard puts live activity first and keeps everyday actions quick.

The whole product shares one premium dark-and-gold visual language, which keeps the three experiences feeling like parts of the same product.

Safety and support in the design

Safety is treated as part of the trip experience, not an add-on. The design direction includes verified rider information, live trip status and sharing, an emergency option and clear ways to report an issue or reach support, along with trip records for review.

Where Wingman stands today

We want to be clear about the stage. Wingman is in development. The screens you see on our website are concept UI designs, and every name, number and value shown in them is illustrative rather than real data.

The concept and UX design work is done, the product build is under way, and a limited pilot launch is planned after that. We have not announced a launch city or date yet, and we will share them when they are confirmed.

How to follow along

If you would like to hear when Wingman is ready, you can join the early-access list on the Wingman page. Choose whether you are a customer, a rider, or a business or fleet partner, and tell us your city, so we know who to reach out to as pilot planning begins.

If you are planning a mobility or delivery product of your own, our team can help with product strategy, UX and UI design, and web and mobile application development.
